...and Revocation Terms

We offer the terms set forth without any harm to other customer rights or obligations established by EU law, as a value-added service included in the intermediation fees we charge. It regards exclusively orders meant for private consumption, as defined by the EU Commission with the following maximum quantities per order:

  • 10L of strong spirits (above 22% alcohol)
  • 20L of other spirits (up to 22% alcohol)
  • 110L of beer
  • 90L of wine (60L if it bubbles)

You can revert your order with no need for any explanation at any time until the goods reach the delivery address where you ordered to by simply refusing the delivery, so the products are returned to the original shipping address. You will immediately receive 100% of your original payment for the goods you ordered back, once the goods are properly returned and inspected. The fees charged for delivery, materials (consumable), handling of your order or payment are NOT refundable.

The return period is 30 days from the day the goods are delivered. Unfortunately, once 30 days have gone by since your order was delivered to you, we can’t offer you a refund, exchange or any further guarantee.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging. Items are only replaced if they are defective, damaged before delivery or if delivery has been unsuccessful altogether, provided you are not responsible for it. It is your obligation to document and communicate to us any issue immediately after its occurrence or your knowledge of it, latest 3 days after confirmed delivery. Failure to do so may invalidate your claim right at our own discretion. It is then our decision whether to exchange the relevant items or compensate you for them and/or any further burden incurred (e.g. proportionate delivery fee).

All return requests can be easily sent to us directly through the customer account on our website, or per email to brothers@mybooze.eu.

Please do not send any items back to any related manufacturer or retailer. You will receive instructions on how to proceed once you have made the return/exchange request.

Once your return is properly received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. If your claim is approved for a refund, we will process it immediately with a new voucher code. Under certain circumstances we may offer to credit your original payment method. In this case, it may take up to 10 business days or more for the refund transaction to appear on your statement, depending on your bank processing times. Please note that sometimes a refund only appears as an adjustment to the originally charged amount to your payment method. If you still haven't received your refund after that, please contact us at brothers@mybooze.eu so we can investigate.

We will process request as soon as possible, although this may vary, depending directly on shipping transit times, specific product availability and case complexity. Whenever required, any investigation from UPS on the whereabouts of a package could take up to 8 business days. 

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning any ordered items after they are delivered to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will have the right to return any items for a shipping fee of EUR 25.00 per returning box (12 slots per box), should you choose to use our intermediation services for the return shipment. If you receive a refund, the cost of this return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item through any logistic service provider without our intermediation, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
